Waterfalls Development Planning Application Rejected In a very disappointing turn around county councilors in Northumberland have gone against the advice of their planning officers and have refused planning consent for the development which would have seen a high quality tourism development including holiday lodges being developed in Northumberland. Tourism UK prepared the business plan, a tourism supporting statement and an economic impact assessment as well as providing planning support.
