Working out where you are, where you want to be and how you are going to get there can be difficult sometimes. Sometimes what is needed is someone to stand back and give you a fresh perspective. Sometimes you need someone who has over 30 experience of looking at similar issues.
Much of what we do relates to strategic planning. Where we always start is to define with absolute clarity the problem we are trying to solve.
Right now we are working on a variety of projects including an options appraisal for an existing museum, a tourism plan for a seaside destination, a business plan for a community cafe, a feasibility study on the creation of an artists studio and the development of a new £25M attraction celebrating rail heritage.
